What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to India, USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand.
Why are most boxes in the store sold out?
We order what we think we need to fulfill the shipments for our monthly members. Any extra inventory goes in the store for purchase until sold out. We can’t help that they sell so quickly! So sign up for a membership to guarantee a box for that month.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We only issue exchanges for defective or damaged items.
Can I be issued a refund on the remaining boxes if I purchased a 3, 6 or 12-month prepaid subscription?
Yes, you will be charged at the normal subscription rate for the boxes you received and you will be refunded the difference for the boxes you haven’t received.
Note that you would need to cancel your subscription before the next shipment date (25th). Orders cancelled on or post the 25th, will be charged for the following month and will receive that month’s box as a final reception. Taxes may not be refunded at all.
Example: You've purchased a 6-month subscription for the Singh Styled Subscription Box at INR 6594+tax in July. You enjoy our August and September Singh Styled Subscription Box. For some reason, you decide to cancel your subscription after receiving the box for September. Here are a few possible scenarios on how your refund would be processed:
- You cancel on or before 24th September: In this case, you be charged at the monthly price of the box, which is INR 1299, for two months. Therefore the refund issued will be 6594 - (2x1299) = INR 3996.
- You cancel on or after 25th September but on or before 24th October: In this case, you'll be charged at the price of our 3-month subscription box, INR 3597, which is effectively INR 1199/month. Therefore the refund issued will be 6594 - 3597 = INR 2997.
In either scenario, if shipping charges were applied, they will be equally divided and an apportioned refund of the remaining months of shipping charges will be processed. Taxes may not be refunded because they may have already been filed and paid for.
I just signed up for a subscription box. Can I request specific items or choose the box I want for that month?
For monthly subscriptions, we keep the box as a surprise. Our styling team will choose the box for you, so no special requests can be accommodated at this time. Purchasing one-time boxes from our store is the best way to ensure you’ll receive the exact box you want.
What types of products will I receive?
A typical box will have a pre-washed/ready to tie turban, turban accessories and beard and hair grooming products. Our Lifestyle box would also include a couple of lifestyle products to compliment your turban.
Will I ever receive the same products?
Our subscription boxes are carefully curated and designed by our styling team keeping in mind current trends. Therefore the chances of having a product repeated within a year would be extremely rare and could probably happen in case of a 'hot-seller'. Except for specific beard grooming products, which have been selected based on day-to-day grooming needs of a Singh, typically, you would not receive a duplicate item with regards to turbans and lifestyle products. However, you may receive the same type of item in a different color or pattern in a future box. For example, you could receive a tie in your first box and then a tie of a different design and colour, a few months later.
I signed up and haven’t received a confirmation email.
Firstly, this should rarely happen; ensure that the email id you entered at checkout is correct. If it is, then check your spam folder. Else, write to us at email@example.com and our team will get in-touch with you.
My friend/family member and I both just just bought a subscription box. Is it possible we get different subscription boxes?
We totally get it. We wouldn’t want you two to show up at the same event an identical look! Immediately send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with along with your registered email ids and invoice/order ids, and we’ll try accommodating your request.
When can I expect my first shipment?
After you sign up, your curated box can take up to 5 days to process and be shipped. Once your box has shipped from our warehouse, it should arrive within an estimated 3-5 business days for domestic orders within India and 10-15 business days for International orders. We’ll send you an email once your box has been shipped.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your box is shipped. Keep an eye out for that email!
I’m an International subscriber. Will I receive a tracking number for my international package?
Yes. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your box is shipped. Keep an eye out for that email! The standard International delivery times are 10-15 business days post shipment.
I realized my address is wrong after my box has already been shipped. What should I do?
Email us immediately at email@example.com and we’ll help address the situation.
My box is taking longer than expected to arrive. What should I do?
Check your confirmation email and make sure you entered the correct address at checkout. If all is right, check your tracking information. If that does not help get clarity on the situation, drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order id and we'll look into the matter immediately.
Is shipping included in the plan price?
All India specific orders (India) are eligible for free domestic shipping. International customers will need to pay $8-$10 for international deliveries. Any duties, taxes, customs or fees levied are direct responsibility of the customer.
When does the box get shipped?
After you sign up, your curated box can take up to 5 days to process and be shipped. Once your box has shipped from our warehouse, it should arrive within an estimated 3-5 business days for Indian orders and 10-15 business days for International orders. We’ll send you an email once your box has been shipped.
For orders or subscriptions placed on or before the 24th of the month, your first box will be shipped within 5 days. If you order after the 25th of the month, your first box will be shipped around the 10th of the following month.
How often do you release new boxes?
Our box subscription is mailed monthly.
What is a gift subscription?
We recommend purchasing a gift subscription for someone other than you. It will be shipped to a recipient rather than the purchaser.
Am I able to gift a Singh Styled subscription?
Absolutely! You can gift a monthly subscription or choose from 3, 6, and 12-month gift options.
Can I purchase a gift card?
We’re currently not offering gift cards at this time.
Can I send a gift email or message to the recipient?
We’re more than happy to email your recipient a gift message. Shoot us an email with their name, email address and any message you would like to include.
How do I purchase a gift subscription?
You can purchase a gift subscription exactly the same way you would buy for yourself. Simply include a note within the 'Add a note to your order' text box during check out.
What payment methods do you accept?
For domestic transactions, all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Netbanking options accepted.
For international transactions all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal.
