Important information

  • Before we can dispatch your orders, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer as part of risk management. This however, will apply to very few cases and we will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
  • We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

 

Some items have shipping restrictions, why?

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, Singh Styled is obliged to adhere to particular shipping restrictions.

As a result, we are unable to dispatch certain products outside India. In addition, some products manufactured within certain countries, such as grooming accessories, fine jewellery of certain compositions and items with religious iconography, are not allowed to be shipped to some countries.

If you add a product to your shopping bag that we are not permitted to ship to your country, the site will automatically identify it and prompt you to remove it. To proceed with purchasing this item, you would need to ship it to a different destination address.

 

Does Singh Styled ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can ship to multiple addresses per order. For COD the amount will be collected from each location. Therefore, if an item is a gift, you must option for a card service. For corporate orders, please contact the founders@singhstyled.com.

 

Delivery timeline and costs

Within the 'Shopping Cart' page, go to the 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' section. Enter details in the Country, State/Province and Zip/Postal Code fields to display the available shipping options and charges for your destination.

 

Do you offer next day delivery within India?

We understand that your time is precious, so we offer a number of delivery options for customers based in India. We will soon launch our 'next day delivery' service, which is perfect for last-minute purchases. Place your order by 5 pm for next delivery. Soon, you will also be able to choose a day to suit you, up to seven days in advance.

 

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Singh Styled to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

We require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. For us, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt is accountable for the package.

 

Can I add items to an existing order?

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order; you would need to place a new order. Alternatively, if you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your orders and place a new order, which contains all the items you had ordered.
