Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination or to orders cancelled.

We prefer that items are returned to us via Fedex (domestic) DHL (International) logistics to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. The objective of great beard oils is not to provide fragrance, but to provide nourishment to the beard follicles that helps in healthy beard growth, makes the beard soft, reducing bread breakage.
For Beardsmen who apply waxes, balms, beard fixers, gels to set/style the beard, it is recommended to use the beard oil in the night for higher benefits.
