Cancellations:

Turbans, beard products and accessories:

  • You can cancel the order and request for a full refund, anytime before we dispatch your shipment.
  • Shipping charges will be levied on you, if you cancel the order post shipping.
  • Turban orders cannot be cancelled, as it is custom cut as per the order request.

Subscription Orders:

  • You can cancel your 3/6 /12 months subscription orders anytime. You will be charged at the normal subscription rate for the boxes you received and you will be refunded the difference for the boxes you haven’t received.
  • Keep in mind to cancel your order before the next shipment date (25th). Orders cancelled post the 25th, will be charged for the following month and will receive that month’s box as a final reception.
  • Monthly orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Returns:

Turbans, beard products and accessories:

  • Orders returned within 15 days of receiving the shipment will be eligible for a refund.
  • Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by writing to support@singhstyled.com then book a collection to send your items back to us. Please note that 'Guidelines for Exchanges and Cancellations' will apply.
  • Turban order return request will be accepted if
    • The material is defective
    • Wrong size shipped
    • Wrong colour (We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Singh Styled. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that a monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  • Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination or to orders cancelled.
