REFUNDS

Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment and will include shipping costs for defective/faulty items (check Returns & Exchange).

Here are the details for various methods of payment.

If you paid with...

We will...

A credit or debit card

Refund your purchase amount to that same card.

Cash On Delivery

Refund will be either through Cheque, NEFT or RTGS. Customer needs to specify the option during placing a return/cancellation request.

A gift card

Refund your purchase amount to the same gift card or issue a new gift card for that amount.

If the order has been sent to a destination within India, all sales taxes/VAT will be refunded. Outside India, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Singh Styled/Singh And Kaur Retail Private Limited. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
