For Rough and dry Beard, and Beard Breakage Problems

We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Most of the orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours from the time of placing the order.

 

Shipping Fees:

Shipping is free on all domestic orders. However, international shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping fees at checkout before submitting your order.

 

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping which takes 5 to 7 days to delivery your order.

 

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours  during business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

 

Delivery:

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order delivery is smooth. However, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery at a later time. If the package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional shipping cost.

 

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

 

Returns:

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Remember, the return shipping cost is free if we have sent you the wrong product, colour, and size. If you want to exchange the product for a different colour or product, and the customer care representative agrees, then you will be charged for the return shipment and re-shipment.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

 

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

 

Non-returnable items:

Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

• Personalized or customized items
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Items that have been removed from their original packaging or tags
